We used Gerrick from Perfect Dark to come out and tint the entire West side of our house. From the initial contact in email to finishing the tinting of the windows, Gerrick was easy to work with – professional, clear on any questions I asked him and he cleaned up everything beautifully when he was finished. I used Perfect Dark to tint 8 windows and 2 security doors in order to live better without air conditioning. Gerrick Wittenberg, owner of Perfect Dark, did a great job in a short of amount of time. He helped me select various tints for particular areas, and the difference has been great.

The tint on the western windows really helps, and I only feel like I lost a little direct sunlight. I love the privacy the tint provides during daylight hours, too. Gerrick gave great advice, and I’m really glad that I added a couple of locations that I hadn’t planned on.

They totally cleaned and scraped every window, so that sure saved me a big job of cleaning my windows inside. I’ve already noticed a substantial difference in the temperature of the house, so this summer should be much more comfortable. I don’t need air conditioning for those few hot weeks of the year, and I think this is going to work for me.
